Home Exercise Equipment # 1: Hula hoop
Yes, indeed ... hula hoop ... or hula hoop, however you want to write it. This is becoming 1 of my favorites really fast. You'll know why once to prove it. Start by trying to do for 2 minutes at a time. Build up to at least 10 minutes total in a day. I prefer to space my mini-sessions 2 minutes of hula hooping.
Home Exercise Equipment # 2: Ab Roller or Ab Wheel
You know, the little wheel thing. That really works. Just grab handles with your hands, get your feet or knees, then rolls out in front of you. Then back. I'll let you decide how many sets and repetitions you'll do. Handsome not to be as many as you think you can do. It's hard!
Home Exercise Equipment # 3: Mini-trampoline
It happens that is my favorite home exercise equipment. I use it almost every day for TV commercials. I love it. It works the whole body and is low impact. It costs about $ 25. Great investment in yourself and your weight loss efforts.
Personally, I think those are the only 3 pieces of home exercise equipment that you need. Throw in an elliptical well if you want to splurge. The total cost for the 3 ... less than $ 50. Cheaper and more effective than $ 400 treadmill and stairsteppers quickly become just one extra hanger after a couple of weeks of use.
