Yoga is an exercise that makes you lose weight, like running?
I want to do an exercise that I did not notice that it is very hot Yoga is good to keep as .. I want to be trim … If I do yoga as an exercise that works?
Yoga is about holding positions and the creation of the force. I did yoga 4-5 times a week for 3 months and has no Nice toning my body. However, I am satisfied with the time it took me to record the results. I lost more weight and more light when I did the master of the stairs and lifting light weights. In 2 months I was in a better way of doing cardio / weights and doing yoga for 3 months. I think a good balance is key. The yoga is wonderful for the spirit and discipline of his body still has great cardio and weight are ideal for faster results.
