Stamina InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer?
I'm looking elliptical … and I found this elliptical trainer … Is it good? Any suggestion … I think I'd like to lose a little before this summer, would this be a cheap way to do it? Or at least help … I am a full time student and part-time job and have a part-time practice as it is difficult to go to the gym, you have something in my house would be beneficial … THANKS
I suggest looking for a good quality used elliptical. Check out local classifieds (paper and online). I was able to find quality parts from several of gymnastics for almost nothing. I had the opportunity to get a gym quality elliptical, stationary bike and step by step all for less than my cost shit ProForm brand new treadmill. I've even seen ads free items if you come to pick them up. If you live in a dorm, I am sure that the space can be a problem so this theme would work better for you that one size too elliptical. Customers generally gave good reviews on Amazon and some other sites. You may also want to consider an ancient bench step aerobics school. That's what I used to stay in shape while in college (back in the dark ages!). That slides under the bed when not in use and can be found really cheap. I also lost 35 pounds in the first semester of college because I took all my books in my backpack and headed wherever he went. I realized I had lost a lot until my family reacted so outrageously when I came home for a visit. So, consider walking to places that usually would lead, if possible (or biking). Good luck!
