Are these symptoms of cervical (neck)?
Recently I started doing yoga. In particular, AASANA (ghatichakra or smthing) which must sit on the tail and bend the upper body back and placing his hands on the ankle I felt a little stress on the muscles crevical / os. Last night, I felt a kind of discomfort (not pain) in the cervix and that this intense desire to stretch his arm back, bending his head back to the same strain in the neck as he put it all in doing this asana. I wonder if this discomfort is due to the cervix or is that my neck became so strong because the movement far below neck (or lack of exercise) that I feel this way?
Melanin sister gave the correct answer is correct. One thing to add is that even if yoga exercises are good, must be made only under the supervision of an expert, I mean a real expert. Some of these are really complex Sadhanas and may lead to more harm than good. If symptoms are not relieved, it may take some muscle relaxants, but then consult your doctor. Take care and good luck.
