Asanas are reversed as Sirsasana Sarvangasana and recommended for sinus infections?
I had 2 weeks and I recently started a anitibiotic. I heard these two positions could make things worse. I still have mucus and mild cough.
He says that is recommended for colds, but not for sinus infections, or discharge from the ear, nose, throat, etc. http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/244
