I want to start taking a yoga class at the local gym?
...but I'm a beginner at best and really not very coordinated. That's one of the main reasons I want to start. If you've taken a yoga class before, have you found that skill level is mixed, or is everyone already really good?
I have done it before, but not much so I'm definitely still in the "beginner" stage. 
At gyms the levels are pretty mixed. Any yoga teacher worth learning from should be making suggestions on how to modify the harder moves if you are just starting out. Yoga studios may offer advanced or intermediate classes but they would be listed as such.
