
Yoga? Pilates?
My New Year resolution is to take better care of my body and me, inside and out. I try to be more training healthy. I'm in good shape, I'm in an acceptable manner. Would it be acceptable for a class of yoga and Pilates, and I chose one or the other? That burn more calories faster?
I have not done pilates a lot, but I love yoga. It's great for toning and flexibility. For maximum weight loss, exercise cardio there … but do yoga or Pilates to maintain muscle tone is lost if not lame. I have yoga videos and DVDs that use home and enjoy … anything with Patricia Walden and Rodney Yi works for me (the others are too cool, but these are my favorites).
