
Can you describe some stretches I can do to Basic back muscles?
I'm 25 weeks and feel very sore back. not by the weight, do not think I am very cleanly and does not hurt much when I'm on my feet. It is of joints in the lower back hurt, especially when they are on the side right, but in general most of the pain is when I move positions while setting or rising from a seated position. I've never slept in the back, because seems to get worse and use a body pillow at night. first pregnancy my midwife suggested yoga, but availability is low in my area and what is available is expensive and damaging child care for my child. So I'm a bit stuck and willing to try anything at home that help relieve tension and back pain (and legs too!). I know it's normal for all the pain, so I'm not worried about it, but if anyone can offer any words of wisdom, I love you so be grateful. thanks ladies!
I can not think of any off extends his hand, but always available on YouTube for a spot as a guide to pregnancy for some gentle yoga movements to do at home. Remember to be very careful and never yourself beyond your capacity tension! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and childbirth!
