I’ve been dating this girl for over 2years. We are both recently divorced. We love each and have bonded. We don’t talk much on hot button issues, at least till now. She has 2 gay brothers who I’ve accepted… learned a lot from… and I must say I’ve grown through the experience. Just recently, my lover went to a yoga retreat where there are mineral baths where both sexes are naked. I know nothing happens, but I can’t get over the idea. On the web they say the massage therapists are nude too, unless you request them not to be. This creeped me out. She says its no big deal, but the churning in my gut tells me it is.. at least to me. But about that abortion video, much of it looks like footage from a “late term” abortion which is NOT legal. Actually I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s really miscarriage footage, since I don’t know how reliable the source is.
Also, I find that it uses “weasel words” in the intro to describe the children as having died, implying that they were alive as people (not just living in the sense that my finger is ‘alive’). In my opinion, you must believe in the soul to believe that the children were alive. The brain has not yet activated within the legal abortion window and hence to me they are not alive. Hence this is a religious question relating to souls, and the government cannot decide it. I’ve never been able to see how “choice” is not the best option– allowing people to live according to their own religious beliefs.
But, your wife should be willing to agree not to abort your child.
