Rest or X Stretch I have 1 question on Day 1 that I'm mama back-to-date ab Ripper, 2 Plyometrics etc. You do it every day in a row, including Day 1 Exercises 1, Day 2 exercises 2, 3 days of training 3. thanks in advance for answers and for the day 1, I did chest and back, and I RIP AB x in 1 day or simply choose
